Backyard Living: Fun Activities with your Family

​Now that you have that great looking awning or shade structure set up in your backyard, what do you do now? How do you enjoy this investment?
 
There are a number of things you can do including barbeques. In fact, if you’ve turned your backyard into an extension of your home – complete with outdoor furniture – then you’ve got a myriad of options you can choose from to spend quality, fun time with your family without having to leave the house. Here are a few activities to keep in mind the next time you feel like hanging out in the backyard:

  • Play games like croquet or string up a piñata.
  • Install a trampoline or slip-and-slide. You can even bury the trampoline so it’s not an eye sore.

  • Reading and lounging.

​Clearly, there are a variety of things you can do. From parties to family activities, your backyard is a great place to enjoy time with your family.
